These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings made at Muddy Puddles Farm & Guest House, Kovachevets, Targovishte Province, Bulgaria. By making a reservation, you agree to the following terms.

1. Booking & Payment

A booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email.
Prices are shown per room, per night.
Payment terms (deposit or full payment) will be shown during the booking process.
Any additional charges (e.g., extra services) must be paid before departure.

2. Check‑In & Check‑Out

Check‑in: from 15:00
Check‑out: by 11:00
Early check‑in or late check‑out may be available on request.

3. Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel according to the cancellation terms shown during booking.
If you do not arrive (no‑show), the full booking amount may be charged.
We reserve the right to cancel a booking in exceptional circumstances (e.g., safety issues, property damage). A full refund will be provided in such cases.

4. House Rules

Guests agree to follow all house rules provided on the website and in the accommodation, including:

Respecting quiet hours
No smoking indoors
No parties or events
Pets only allowed if confirmed in advance

Failure to follow house rules may result in termination of the stay without refund.

5. Damage & Liability

Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property, furnishings, or equipment during their stay.
Charges may apply for repair or replacement.
Muddy Puddles Farm is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings.
Guests must ensure children are supervised at all times.

6. Safety

Please take care when moving around the property, especially outdoors and in wet areas.
Bathroom tiles may become slippery when wet — please use caution.
In case of emergency, contact us immediately.

7. Use of the Property

Only registered guests may stay overnight.
Visitors must be approved in advance.
Commercial photography or filming is not permitted without written permission.

8. Pets

Pets are welcome only if agreed in advance.
Owners are responsible for cleaning up after pets and ensuring they do not disturb other guests or animals on the farm.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

10. Changes to Your Booking

If you need to change your dates or details, contact us as soon as possible. Changes are subject to availability and may affect the price.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Bulgaria.
