- Our farmhouse is traditional and may have uneven floors, low ceilings, and slippery tiles. Please take care.
- We have friendly dogs and free‑roaming chickens. Please do not feed or approach them without permission.
- Outdoor areas are used at your own risk.
- Every room has a smoke alarm and a fire extinguisher.
🔥 Fire Safety
- In the event of a fire, please leave the building immediately and move to a safe area outside.
- Call 112 and then contact us.
- Exit to the road via the main door or through the barn.
- Do not attempt to fight the fire yourself.
🚽 Septic System
- We use a septic tank. Only toilet paper may be flushed.
- No wipes, sanitary products, nappies, cotton buds, or foreign objects.
- Damage caused by misuse is payable by the guest.
🔇 Noise & Consideration
- Other guests may be staying with us.
- Please keep noise to a reasonable level, especially in the evening.
- Enjoy yourselves — just be considerate.
🚭 Smoking
- Smoking is not allowed indoors.
- Outdoor smoking is permitted in designated areas only.
- Please dispose of cigarette ends responsibly.
👶 Children
- Children are welcome but must be supervised at all times, especially around animals and outdoor areas.

- The dining room is part of our personal living space — please respect it.
- Meal availability may vary depending on our schedule and supplies.
- We will always do our best to accommodate you.
🛏️ Rooms
- In rare cases, we may need to change your room (e.g., mobility needs or maintenance).
- You will always receive an equivalent or better room.
🚗 Parking
- Parking is on the street and is at the vehicle owner’s own responsibility.
🔐 Personal Belongings
- Guests are responsible for securing their own belongings.
- We cannot be held responsible for any lost or left‑behind items.
