1. Booking & Payment
- A booking is officially confirmed once payment is processed through our website.
- All prices are listed and charged in Euros (€).
2. Cancellations & Refunds
- Full Refund: Cancellations made up to 30 days before your scheduled check-in date will receive a full refund.
- No Refund: Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival, or no-shows, are non-refundable.
3. Arrival & Departure
- Check-in: Standard check-in is from 3:00 PM (15:00) onwards.
- Late Arrivals: We don’t mind staying up to welcome you as late as midnight! If you anticipate arriving late in the evening, please just drop us a quick message to give us a heads-up so we know when to expect you.
- Check-out: By 11:00 AM on your departure date to allow us time to prepare the rooms for our next guests.
4. Pets & Farm Animals
- Visiting Pets: We are proudly pet-friendly! Well-behaved pets are very welcome, but we do ask that they are kept under control at all times to ensure a harmonious environment with our own three rescue dogs.
- Our Farm Animals: Our ducks, chickens, and pig live in a separate, dedicated field. Guests and their dogs are welcome to look, but please do not enter the animal fields or feed them any treats without checking with us first.
5. Guest Responsibilities & House Rules
- Respect the Property: We ask that you treat our home, rooms, and facilities with care. Any significant damage or breakages caused during your stay will be charged to the guest.
- Shared Facilities: Please be mindful of other guests when using shared amenities, including the pool area and shared bathroom facilities.
6. Liability
- Muddy Puddles Farm cannot be held responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings during your stay, nor for any personal injuries sustained on the property. Guests are encouraged to travel with appropriate holiday insurance.
